Refund policy

We are live in the United States starting September, with orders shipping within 5 to 10 business days of purchase. Standard shipping is $3.99 per US order, or free when you sign up with your email.

We are not yet live in Kenya. Kenya availability is expected later in 2026, pending local approvals, and we will announce shipping details for Kenya customers once that launch is confirmed.

When your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Because TAJI is an ingestible dietary supplement, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or unopened bottles. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. We may replace the item or offer another remedy at our discretion, determined case by case and not guaranteed.

Orders are fulfilled from our US manufacturing partner and shipped directly to you. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we're not responsible for delays from incorrect addresses or carrier issues outside our control.
