Shipping policy

All US orders ship within 3 to 5 business days of purchase. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been fulfilled.

Standard shipping is $5.99 per order. Orders of two or more bottles ship free.

TAJI is also available on Amazon for Prime eligible shipping.

International orders ship via standard international shipping. Delivery times vary by destination. Kenya customers will be able to order locally starting September 2026.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of dietary supplements and for health and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or unopened bottles.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at founder@kijivu.com within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
