Shipping policy

We are live in the United States starting September, with orders shipping within 5 to 10 business days of purchase.

Standard shipping is $3.99 per US order. Sign up with your email for a free shipping offer.

Kenya availability is expected later in 2026, pending local approvals, and we will announce shipping details for Kenya customers once that launch is confirmed.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Orders are fulfilled from our US manufacturing partner. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we're not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues outside our control.

TAJI is also available on Amazon for Prime eligible shipping (US only).

Returns and Refunds Because TAJI is an ingestible dietary supplement, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or unopened bottles.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at founder@kijivu.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. Once verified, we may replace the affected item or provide another appropriate remedy at our discretion. This is determined case by case and is not guaranteed.
